Flavor Profile: Sweet Heat Citrus Smoke

Ingredients: Brown sugar, smoked salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, orange powder, habanero powder, ground ginger, cayenne.
What It’s Good On: Pork, ribs, chicken wings, salmon, shrimp, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled pineapple, tacos, chili, smoked meats.
Cooking Suggestions: Use as a dry rub 30–60 minutes before cooking to let the citrus and spice bloom. Excellent for grilling or smoking. For a sticky finish, lightly glaze with honey, maple, or brown sugar during the final 5–10 minutes.
