What It’s Good On: Ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken thighs, wings, burgers, bacon, roasted sweet potatoes, baked beans, grilled corn, popcorn, smoked foods.

Cooking Suggestions: Use as a dry rub 30–60 minutes before cooking for best bark and flavor. Great for smoking—builds a deep, sweet-smoky crust. For a bold finish, dust lightly again right after cooking (especially on ribs or wings).
